REALTOR® Association of Miami-Dade County MLS Participants have access to MLS information from the Southeast Florida MLS which includes all associations in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. A data sharing agreement with RMLS (Regional MLS in Palm Beach) brings the total active listings available to 70,000. SEFMLS is the largest MLS group of associations sharing their listings through one vendor in the State of Florida. Interealty, the vendor supports MLXchange and the association has enhanced the MLS by adding the popular WyldFyre Listings product and Realist Premium Tax. Member listings are featured, at no additional cost, on 8 different world renowned websites.
